Very relaxing stay, I would stay here again. Everything is spotless and nice. Very central location, within walking distance of walk namba. Flawless service within 20 km of the airport.

The staff is very hospitable and the American breakfast is marvellous.

The bathrooms are disgusting.

We had a good experience. Lovely team, stunning position. It is set right in the heart of the city. Had nice dainties at Tables Cafe, located minutes from the hotel.

The street, as it's noisy.

We would stay here again, if we come to Osaka. The staff were really fabulous, the breakfast was tasty! The location was unbeatable.

The convenience of getting to shinsaibashi shopping and being not far from dotonbori. The location was favourable, only 10 minutes on foot from Namba train station...

Don’t have any issues at all.
